Custom orders and proofs

Every piece is made to order. After you order, we'll send a digital proof within 2 business days. Changes are free until you approve it. Nothing is cut or printed until you say go.

Turnaround

Most orders are finished 3-5 business days after you approve your proof. Need it by a certain date? Tell us when you order and we'll let you know right away if we can make it.

Shipping

We ship within the continental U.S. by USPS / UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Local pickup and delivery

Free pickup in La Grange, NC. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll text or email you when it's ready. Free local delivery in La Grange and Kinston.

Returns and remakes

Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved, email us a photo within 7 days at landrdesignco@gmail.com and we'll remake it at no charge.

Natural materials

Slate and wood are natural materials. Color, grain, and edges vary from piece to piece, and that's part of what makes each one yours.

Your photos

We only use the photos you send to make your order. We never share or post them without your permission.
